Dr. Sameer Kashyap earned his Bachelor of Economics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009. Then, he shadowed a dentist at their job one day, and this coupled with the desire to work with his hands spoke to Dr. Kashyap; he knew this was his true calling. He went on to receive his D.M.D. from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2015. Dr. Kashyap continues his education through courses on Cosmetic dentistry, Implant dentistry, Endodontics, Orthodontics, and Sleep Apnea. Additionally, he volunteers at North Carolina MOM clinics, volunteer dental clinics providing free care to underserved areas. He is a member of numerous organizations, including the American Dental Association, the NC Academy of General Dentistry, the NC Dental Society, and the NC Missions of Mercy clinics. In his free time, Dr. Kashyap enjoys cooking and outdoor activities like camping, hiking, and playing sports.
