Dr. Ashley Ortiz was born and raised in Miami, Fl. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Science in exercise physiology from Florida State University. She completed her dental education in New York, NY at NYU College of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Degree. After her dental training, she relocated to Colorado, where she completed a 1-year Advanced Education General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program through NYU Langone Hospitals.
Dr. Ortiz has wanted to be a dentist since she was 10 years old so she is truly living her dream here in Brighton, CO. She believes that oral health is a crucial factor in patients overall health, and she loves to be able to provide that unique and individually customized care for her patients.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking along the beautiful trails in Colorado. She also enjoys arts and crafts, yoga, reading, and spending quality time with her friends and family. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Metro Denver Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Ortiz is committed to the life-long learning and research that is required of dentists in order to ensure that she is providing the best and most effective treatment options for her patients.
