Dr. Alexandra Gosnell is a General Dentist who focuses on listening to her patient’s needs. She enjoys connecting with people and using dentistry as a way to improve their overall health and get them smiling again.
Originally from rural Illinois, Dr. Gosnell moved to Texas where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Abilene Christian University in 2008. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ in 2014.
Dr. Gosnell joined the U.S. Army where she served as a General Dentist for over 4 years at Fort Bragg, NC. She is married to 1LT Rodney Faught who currently serves in the U.S. Army and they have one son, Maxwell. In her free time, Dr. Gosnell enjoys running, home projects and exploring San Antonio, TX with her family.
