Xiujun “Alice” Jian, D.M.D., is a General Dentist.
Dr. Xiujun (Alice) Jian received her undergraduate degree at the West China University of Medical Science in Chengdu, China. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2008. She has received intensive training in restorations, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics. She keeps up to date with the latest dental advancement through ongoing continuing education courses in the area of general dentistry, including advanced hands-on training in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics (root canals), and implant restorations. Dr. Jian is well known for her personal attention to and caring for all of her patients. She believes in comprehensive treatment planning to promote long-term oral health. Dr. Jian approaches each patient as an individual, and spends time discussing various treatment options to formulate the best treatment plan to fit the patients' unique dental and financial needs. Dr. Jian has lived in the Dublin area for over 17 years. She is married to Julian Dong, a senior system engineer, and has a son Vincent, who is a sophomore at Columbus Academy. In her spare time she enjoys the arts, as well as drawing and playing musical instruments.

David Ray, D.D.S., is an Orthodontist
Dr. David Ray has 14 years of college and professional training under his belt. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry, and followed this up with a Master’s of Science in Physiology from The OSU Graduate School of Medicine. Following these, Dr. Ray also completed an Oral Medicine Residency at Indiana University School of Dentistry, with an emphasis on T.M.D. and sleep medicine. But he didn’t end there, earning a certificate in Orthodontic Specialty Training from the highly-respected University of Illinois in Chicago. To top it off, Dr. Ray has completed 50-plus hours on sleep apnea and sleep medicine. Dr. Ray’s career has allowed him to have extensive exposure to different techniques, with practices in Columbus, Cleveland, and Dayton, Ohio.
He has been improving smiles now for over 20 years and believes in a lifelong pursuit of continuing education, always reviewing scientific literature, postgraduate courses, and group involvement. Dr. Ray is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary Dental Society, the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and the National Registry of Who’s Who. He also maintains active memberships in the American Association of Orthodontics, the Foundation for Orthodontic Research, the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Ohio Association of Orthodontists, the Columbus Dental Society, and is a Life Member of the Ohio State University Dental Alumni Association.
When he manages to squeeze in free time, Dr. Ray enjoys traveling with his wife and their three children. Their favorite place to travel together? To the House that Mickey Built, Walt Disney World.

Nishant Joshi, D.M.D., is a Periodontist.
Dr. Nishant Joshi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, Ontario (2002) and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine (2006). After graduating in 2006, he immediately pursued a specialization in periodontics and received a Master of Science in Periodontology from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine (2009). During his residency, he served as Chief Resident for two consecutive years. Later that year, Dr. Joshi became a board-certified periodontist and attained diplomat status with the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Joshi is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Periodontics at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Recently, Dr. Joshi received the American Academy of Periodontology Outstanding Educator Award in 2013 in recognition of outstanding teaching and mentoring in periodontics. He is one of the youngest recipients of this nationally recognized and prestigious award Dr. Joshi has been with DentalWorks for five years, serving patients in the Cleveland, Akron, and Youngstown areas. Dr. Joshi is committed to his work, focusing on all phases of periodontal therapy, dental implants, third molar extractions, exposure of impacted teeth, and accelerated orthodontics, all in the comfort of IV sedation. Dr. Joshi has a warm personality and compassionate disposition. He is dedicated to providing high-quality services to his patients with respect and dignity. When not working or teaching, Dr. Joshi enjoys time with his son Aydin and traveling.
